高效液相色谱法测定石岐乳鸽中氟喹诺酮类药物残留

Determination of Fluoroquinolones Residues in Shiqi Pigeon by HPLC

研究了石岐乳鸽中环丙沙星、达氟沙星、沙拉沙星和恩诺沙星4种氟喹诺酮类药物残留量的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用磷酸缓冲液提取,水饱和正己烷除脂,C_(18)固相萃取小柱净化分离,LC-FLD检测器检测。结果表明,氟喹诺酮类药在15 min内获得良好的分离,线性相关系数r2为0.999 5~0.999 6,检测限可达0.02 mg/kg,回收率范围为74.2%~93.2%。该方法净化效果良好,操作简便。

A HPLC method for the determination of 4 kinds of fluoroquinolones in Shiqi pigeons such as ciprofloxacin,danofloxacin,sarafloxacin and enrofloxacin was studied,extracting by phosphoric acid buffer solution,degreasing by water saturated hexane,purifing and separating by C18 solid phase extraction column,detecting by LC-FLD detector. The results showed that the fluoroquinolones were separated well in 15 min,the linear corr-elation coefficient r2 was 0.999 5-0.999 6,the detection limit was 0.02 mg/kg,and the recovery rate was 74.2%-93.2%.This method have good purification effect and simple operation.
