黔西南州烟草企业履行行业社会责任实践及提升对策

Practice and Promotion Countermeasures of Tobacco Enterprises Fulfill Industrial Social Responsibility in Qianxinan Prefecture

长期以来,烟草企业在增加国家财政收入、满足卷烟消费需求、推动地方经济发展等方面积极履行国企的社会责任,但是由于烟草行业的特殊性,加之控烟极端化、片面化、过激化的影响,造成了烟草行业贡献非常大、形象不佳,正面声音小、负面指责多的舆论现状。本文以全国优质烤烟主产区黔西南州为例,总结了在烤烟生产方面的社会责任实践,并提出提升对策,以期为相关工作者提供借鉴。

For a long time,tobacco enterprises actively fulfill the social responsibilities of state-owned enterprises in increasing national fiscal revenue,meeting cigarette consumption demand and promoting local economic development.But because of the particularity of the tobacco industry,and the effects of tobacco control extreme,lopsided and over excitation,it resulted in the current situation of public opinion for the tobacco industry of great contribution,poor image,less positive voice and more negative criticism.This paper takes Qianxinan Prefecture where is a main producing area of high quality flue-cured tobacco in China as an example,the practices of social responsibility in the production of flue-cured tobacco were summarized,and the promotion countermeasures were put forward,in order to provide references for the related workers.
