技术进步、政府培训与农民增收——基于辽宁省东港市444份地理标志草莓种植农户问卷调查 被引量:9

摘要 从品牌溢价入手,在理论分析品牌价值对农户种植收益的影响,并基于东港市444份草莓农户问卷调查,实证分析技术进步与政府培训等因素对农户增收的影响。结果表明:地理标志的品牌价值为农产品的市场销售带来增值保收的效益,有利于提高农户销售收益;农户增收主要受劳动力老龄化程度和受教育程度等个体特征因素以及政府政策服务、科研成果支持和销售路径现代化程度等外部环境因素影响,种植品种与技术的进步更新以及政府生产经营培训会显著促进农民增收。据此,提出加强品牌建设与推广、吸纳年轻的人力资本回流、转"输血式"扶持为"造血式"扶植、鼓励对新品种新技术的研发以及发展农村新产业新业态等针对性政策建议。 Starting from the brand premium effect,this paper theoretically analyzed how brand value affects farmers' planting income and empirically studied the effect from disparate sectoral factors like technical progress and government training on the increase of farmers' income,based on questionnaires of 444 strawberry farmers.The results show that the brand value of geographical indications could add value to the products and curb the price fall,which contributes to farmers' improved sales revenue;The increase of farmers' income is mainly affected by the individual characteristic factors like the aging extent and the education level of the laborers,as well as external circumstance factors such as policy service from the government,scientific research achievements supplies and the modernization extent of the sale path;The advancement in planting varieties and technologies and the government training of agriculture production and operation will significantly increase farmers' income.Accordingly,the paper proposed some policy recommendations like strengthening brand building and promotion,attracting young human capital to return,turning "blood transfusion"support into "hematopoietic support",encouraging the research and development of new cultivars and new technologies,developing new rural industries formats,and so on.
