政策认知、政策力度与农户清洁能源应用政策满意度研究——基于江西省695个农户调查数据

Policy Cognizance,Policy Strength and Rural Residents' Clean Energy Policy Satisfaction Degree:Based on the Data of 695 Rural Residents in Jiangxi Province

基于695份农户调查数据,运用多元有序Probit模型,研究政策认知、政策力度对农户清洁能源应用政策满意度的影响。研究发现:政策认知、农户感知的政策力度对其清洁能源应用政策满意度有正向影响;农户户主的年龄、清洁能源示范县、居住地地形及交通条件也会影响其清洁能源应用政策满意度。研究还表明,提升农户的政策认知和感知政策力度,会降低其对清洁能源应用政策"不满"的可能性,提高其对清洁能源应用政策"满意"的可能性。

Based on data collected of 695 rural residents,using the Ordinal Probit Model,this paper studied the effects of policy cognizance and policy strength on farmers＇ clean energy policy satisfaction degree.The empirical results show that farmers＇ policy cognizance and assessment of policy strength have great influence on their clean energy policy satisfaction degree.And farmers＇ age,whether they live in clean energy demonstration county or terrain and the traffic condition also have great influence on the clean energy policy satisfaction degree.The study also finds that the improvement of farmers ＇ policy cognizance and assessment of policy strength would decrease the possibility that farmers are dissatisfied and increase the possibility that they are satisfied.
