Research on China's legal evidence categories

分析法定证据在分类标准、周延性以及司法适用等方面存在的问题,借鉴域外关于证据的分类模式,尝试在逻辑层面完善我国证据法定种类的划分标准,更好地发挥证据裁判功能,助推庭审实质化的实现。

This thesis analyzes some problems existing in the classification standard,distribution and judicial application. Combined with abroad about the legal classification of the pattern of evidence,this thesis attempts to perfect the standard of classifying legal evidence types so as to give better play to evidence judicial function,and help the realization of the essentialism of court trial.
