摘要
通过对TSZ410铁素体不锈钢材料的主要成分、力学性能及加工特性分析,选择出合适的焊接材料及焊接设备,制定出适合TSZ410铁素体不锈钢的焊接工艺,评定出合理的加工过程,对于提高钢结构件中TSZ410铁素体不锈钢材料的焊接质量和焊接效率具有重要意义。
Through the analysis of the main components, mechanical properties and processing characteristics of TSZA10 ferrifle stainless steel, the suitable welding materials and welding equipments were selected, the welding process suitable for TSZA10 ferrite stainless steel was formulated, and the reasonable processing cycle was evaluated, which is of great significance to improve the welding quality and welding efficiency of TSZA10 ferritic stainless steel in steel structure parts.
