冲击地压显现危险区安全管理探究与实践

针对综采工作面检修期间两巷冲击地压显现危险区域作业人数多、多工种混合作业、管理难度大的问题,对综采工作面两巷检修期间人员管理难点进行了分析,综合考虑人员防护、"三限"管理、安全监管等因素,秉承"人少则安、无人则全"的安全管理理念,创新性提出了综采工作面冲击地压安全"十禁令"管理办法。该方法具有针对性强、可执行性高、适用性好等特点。经在综采工作面实践运用,取得了良好效果,有效避免了作业冲突事件,遏制"三违"行为发生,工作效率明显提升,实现了作业时间的合理分配,解决了综采工作面非生产期间两巷危险区域内设备检修、冲击地压防治、零星作业的人员安全管理问题,安全管理状况得到根本转变。

In view of the problems of large number of workers, nfixed operations and difficult management in rock burst dangerous areas during the maintenance of two nfining roadways in fully mechanized nfining face, the difficulties of personnel management during the maintenance of two nfining roadways of fully mechanized nfining face were analyzed. By considering the factors such as personnel protection, ＂three limits＂ management,and safety supervision and so on,adhering to the safety management concept of ＂less people, more safe＂, the ＂ten bans＂ management method for rock burst prevention in fully mechanized mining face was innovatively put forward. The method has the characteristics of high pertinence, elfforeeability and good applicability. The practice shows that the management method can effectively avoid the job interference, curb the violation, significantly improve work efficiency, implement the reasonable allocation of work time, solve the safety manage- ment problem during the maintenance of two mining roadways, and improve the level of safety management.
