综放面刮板输送机“上窜下滑”分析及控制

Cause analysis and control of scraper conveyor “sliding up and down” in fully mechanized caving face

结合晋牛煤矿10102综放面实际生产中刮板输送机的布置情况,分析了刮板输送机易出现"上窜下滑"问题的原因、危害,并提出了相应的控制措施,达到了保证综放面安全高效生产的目的,同时为相似条件下的工作面解决刮板输送机"上窜下滑"问题提供了借鉴。

Based on the actual situation of scraper conveyor in No. 10102 fully mechanized caving mining face of Jinniu coal mine,the reasons and hazards of scraper conveyor ＂sliding up and down＂ were analyzed and the corresponding control measures were put forward. The research ensured the safety- and efficient production of fully mechanized caving face and provided guidance for the other mining face in solving the problem of scraper conveyor ＂sliding up and down＂ under similar conditions .
