摘要
选取国有煤矿一线采掘区队开展劳动定额调查,采取解剖麻雀的方式分析劳动定额在井下一线的执行现状。从整体经济环境影响、煤矿生产条件、职工技能水平等展开分析,并从集体协商劳动定额、政府加强监督、制定劳动定额标准体系等方面提出建议对策。
Through the investigation of the labor quota in production teams of state-owned coal mines, the implementation status of the labor quota in the underground frontline was analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis of overall economic environment, coal mine production conditions, staff skills and so on, the suggestions and countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of implementing collective consultation labor quota, strengthening government supervision and setting up labor quota standard system.
