摘要
针对自动化系统在矿山中的广泛应用,提出基于自动化的数据集中收集整合、实现生产信息的统一分析和管控。该方法通过FEP和现场设备建立通讯连接,由FEP将底层数据收集并上传到服务器的实时数据库和历史数据库,进行数据的动态展示、逻辑判断、趋势分析和数据存储。本文就数字矿山基础平台的设计方法作以介绍。
Automation systems have been widely used in mines. The paper puts forward a method of data automatic collection to realize the analysis and management of production information. Through FEP,the communication connection between the server and the field equipment is set up,and the data is collected and uploaded to the real time database and historical database,then,the dynamic display,logical judgment,trend analysis and data storage of the data are carried out. Finally,the design method of digital mine basic platform is introduced.
