保德煤矿井下水净化系统的设计与分析

摘要 针对保德煤矿采空区过滤水中铁锰离子对供水系统、设备的危害,以保德煤矿采空区水净化系统的设计为例,介绍了铁锰离子处理装置在水净化系统中的应用原理及功能。该套系统以高锰酸钾为强氧化剂,结合沉淀过滤等工艺,将铁锰离子转换为难溶于水的高价化合物而去除,同时设计配备了反冲洗系统,使系统可以循环使用。 In view of the harm of iron and manganese ions in the filtered water to the water supply system and equipment,taking the design of the water purification system by goaf of Baode coal mine as an example,the principle and function of the iron and manganese ion treatment device in the water purification system was introduced. The system uses potassium permanganate as a strong oxidant,and converts iron and manganese ions into high valence compounds which are difficult to dissolve in water and then removed combined with precipitation and filtration technology. At the same time,by equipping with backwash system,the system can be recycled.
