摘要
神东寸草塔煤矿22301工作面煤层均厚3 m,日回采12 m,顶板破碎、走向长度4 000 m采空区防灭火压力大。柔模混凝土沿空留巷技术,C30混凝土墙体厚度1 m,挡矸支架挡矸,混凝土搅拌运输车配合柔模混凝土泵施工,一进两回通风。混凝土施工效率高、无粉尘污染,挡矸支架挡矸效率高。工业性试验表明,巷道支护参数满足安全生产要求、巷道变形小、支护参数经济技术性合理。
The No. 22301 working face of Cuncaota coal mine has the conditions of thick coal seam,broken roof,and high pressure of fire prevention and extinguishing in goaf. Flexible formwork concrete gob side entry retaining technology has the characteristics of high construction efficiency,no dust pollution,and high efficiency in retaining gangue. The industrial test shows that the supporting parameters of the roadway meet the requirements of safety production,and the economic and technical effects are good.
