摘要
针对石圪台煤矿31205大采高工作面片帮严重,制约安全生产这一情况,结合工作面实际条件,通过力学分析,得出了片帮发生的力学机理并在现场得以验证,通过对不同采高、支护强度、推进速度对工作面煤壁片帮的影响,得出采高越小、支护强度越大、推进速度越快,工作面煤壁越稳定,并根据所得结论提出了煤壁片帮控制措施,有效地保证了安全生产。
The rib spalling of No. 31205 fully mechanized mining face with large mining height is serious,which affect the safety production. Based on the practical conditions of working face,through the mechanical analysis,the dynamic mechanism and influencing factors of rib spalling in fully mechanized mining face were discussed,the control measures of rib spalling were put forward,and the safety production was effectively guaranteed.
