巡察工作是全面从严治党的重要手段,是全面从严治党向基层延伸的重要方法,企业开展内部巡察工作,不仅能有力的促进企业党的建设方面的提高,还能对企业各项工作进行全面体检,有力促进各项工作的高效开展。本文主要论述大型国有企业内部开展巡察发现的共性问题,浅析了这些问题与基层党组织作用发挥不合格的关联性,并对党组织发挥不合格的原因进行了深刻分析,探讨了解决问题的思路、措施。

Inspection work is an important means to comprehensively strengthen party discipline,and an important way of strengthening party discipline extending to the grass-roots units. The internal inspection can not only promote the improvement of the construction of the party,but also carry out a comprehensive review of the various work of the enterprise. The article mainly discussed the common problems found in the inspection of large state-owned enterprises,analyzed the reasons why the party has not played the role of the party organization,and proposed thought and measures to solve the problems.
