摘要 某转油站加热炉热效率较低,平均只有72.0%。通过优化运行研究,在满足生产的前提下,4台加热炉停运1台,使加热炉负荷率由39.18%提高到64.25%;同时通过优化加热炉空气系数、排烟温度参数,热效率提高到82.32%。2016年夏季采取上述模式共运行85天,节约天然气34×104m3。实施这些技术措施不仅能提高加热炉运行负荷率和热效率,而且可降低天然气的消耗量,以达到节能降耗的目的。 The heating efficiency of a heating station is relatively low, with an average of only 72%. By optimizing the operation study, 4 reheating furnaces stop 1 stations on the premise of meeting production. The load rate of the heating furnace is raised from 39.18% to 64.25%, and the thermal efficiency is increased to 82.32% by optimizing the air coefficient of the heating furnace and the temperature parameters of exhaust smoke. In the sum-mer of 2016, the above models were operated for 85 days, saving 34 x 104 m3 of natural gas. The implementation of these technical measures can not only improve the operation load and thermal efficiency of the heating furnace, but also reduce the consumption of natural gas, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
