环状注水管网注水泵优化运行

摘要 针对喇嘛甸油田普通水注水系统环状管网生产运行时注水泵启动台数、区域供注不均衡、泵水单耗高等现状,通过调查分析近几年注水泵启停台数与注水系统注水量的关系,摸索注水泵运行与注水系统注水量匹配规律,确定了运行注水泵数量对应注水量经济和节能区间,制定了运一备一运行模式和运行2台以上注水泵的注水站启停方案,实施了注水泵优化方案,优化运行注水泵1台,实现节电174.9×104k Wh,达到降低系统能耗的目的。 According to the current situation of water pump starting table, regional supply imbalance and single consumption of water pump in the production of annular network of water injection system in Lamandian Oilfield. Through the investigation and analysis in recent years the number of water injection pump stop and water injection system, to find out the matching law of water injection quantity between water injection system and pump operation. It is determined that the quantity of running pump corresponds to the economic and energy saving range. A scheme for starting and stopping the operation of two or more water injection pumping stations is formulated. Implementation of the pump optimization programme, Optimize operation of pump 1, Achieve 174.9×10~4 kWh,To reduce energy consumption.
