摘要
以福清龙江3个不同断面的空心莲子草为研究对象,分析其光合作用、呼吸作用、荧光参数、生物量等相关指标,了解入侵植物空心莲子草在不同生境下的生理生态特征,为龙江的污染治理提供理论参考。结果表明,空心莲子草净光合速率、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度等在不同断面处有着显著差异,生物量在各断面生境下也表现出明显的差异。这说明某种(些)环境因子的不同会导致龙江不同断面生境下空心莲子草生理生态特征出现显著差异。
To provide theoretical reference for pollution control in Longjiang river,Fuqing, the photosynthesis,respiration,fluorescence parameters and biomass of Alternanthera philoxeroides were analyzed in three different cross-sections to understand the physiological and ecological characteristics of this invasive plant in different habitats. The net photosynthetic rate of A. philoxeroides, the maximum photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ(F_v/F_m), stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration as well as biomass significanty differed in the cross-section habitats. The significant differences in physiological and ecological characteristics of A. philoxeroides in different cross-sections of Longjiang River were caused by some different environmental factors.
