盾构施工土仓压力调整对深部地层土压力扰动影响的试验研究

摘要 针对上海软土地区深埋地层某盾构区间开挖布置全断面地层土压力量测,对盾构开挖土体扰动特性进行各阶段监测和记录分析,对深部地层土体压力扰动进行分析。根据实测数据进行对比分析,研究结果表明,在上海软土地区深埋条件下,盾构土仓压力是引起土拱范围内应力变化的主要原因,土仓压力减小10%,盾构开挖产生的被动土拱效应比例减小20%。 In view of the earth pressure measurement of the whole section of a shield tunnel in the deep buried stratum in Shanghai soft soil area,the soil disturbance characteristics of the shield excavation are monitored & recorded in various stages, and the soil pressure disturbance in the deep stratum is analyzed. According to the measured data, the results show that under the deep buried conditions in Shanghai soft soil, the pressure of the shield soil bin is the main cause to the stress change in the range of soil arch, the pressure of the soil bin is reduced by 10%, and the ratio of the passive earth arch effect of the shield excavation is reduced by20%.
