摘要
为满足长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道二期工程仪征水道整治工程基床整平进度需要,结合现场工况条件,开发了新型的船载挖机水下自动化基床整平系统。该整平系统采用了大型驳船搭载自动化整平挖机以及辅助抛石溜筒,其整平设备建造周期短、投入少、费用低,且具备深水整平的能力,工艺安全可靠,施工工效快,基床整平质量可达规范±5 cm的要求。
To meet the needs of foundation bed leveling for the 2nd phase of Yizheng waterway regulation project of the deep-water channel 12.5 m below the Yangtze River of Nanjing, a novel automatic bed leveling system based on ship borne underwater excavator was developed by combining with working conditions on site.This leveling system applied a large-scale barge equipped with automatic leveling excavator and an auxiliary riprap slip cylinder.It was characterized by short construction period, low investment, low cost, the ability of deep-water leveling, safe and reliable technologies, and efficient construction.Additionally, the quality of foundation bed leveling could reach the requirements (±5 cm) .
