Disposal Strategy of Interpersonal Conflicts in College Students' Dormitory

高校学生人际交往能力缺乏、沟通不足使得舍友间友情淡薄和他们在宿舍内的言行举止缺乏制度约束,是引发宿舍人际冲突的主要原因。基于辅导员视角,在分析宿舍人际冲突产生原因的基础上,通过邀请专家举办相关讲座、组织适合宿舍开展的集体活动、制定适应高校学生的宿舍规章制度、构建特殊群体学生数据库和建立完备的预警系统等措施来解决宿舍人际冲突问题。

The lack of interpersonal communication skills and lack of communication among college students make the friendship between roommates weak and lack of institutional constraints in their behavior in the dormitory,which is the main reason causing interpersonal conflicts in the dormitory. From the perspective of counselors,on the basis of analyzing the causes of interpersonal conflict in dormitory,the problem could be solved by inviting experts to hold relevant lectures,organizing group activities suitable for dormitory development,formulating dormitory rules and regulations adapted to college students,building student database of special group,and establishing complete warnings system and other measures.
