摘要
旅游公共关系是一门旅游管理专业的专业课。该课程的实践教学环节可以极大提升教学质量,培养学生的综合能力。运用"翻转课堂"的教学理念,设计包含教师引导下的自主学习、学生主导的现场实践活动和师生互动的反思学习与总结三个阶段的翻转课堂教学程序,并从教师教学的组织、学生学习的效率、教学媒体的使用效果和教学评价方式的调整四个方面进行评价,最后提出调整教师的定位与功能、促进学生学习的参与度和扩展翻转课程的空间尺度等建议。
Tourism Public Relations is a professional course in tourism management. The practice teaching of this course can greatly improve the quality of teaching, develop students' comprehensive ability. This course uses the teaching concept of " Flipped Class " to design a flipped class teaching program that includes self-learning under the guidance of a teacher, student-led field practice activities, and introspective interaction between teachers and students, and evaluate from the teacher's teaching of organization, students learning efficiency, the effect of using teaching media and the adjustment of teaching evaluation methods. Finally, it proposes to adjust the position and function of teachers, promote the participation of students in learning, and expand the spatial scale of flipping courses.
