西北地区农村发展的风险防控机制研究

当前我国西北农村发展不稳定,其管理体系面临诸多问题的考验。因此,风险防控机制的构建就显得尤为重要。本文是通过分析西北农村发展的风险防控机制研究价值和构建西北地区农村"多元主体协同治理"发展风险防控机制,从而对西北农村发展潜在的风险危机进行深入研究分析,同时要求各个部门加强对西北农村地区风险防范意识,通过改善农村各方面的环境,不断创新农村体制改革,优化阶层结构等方式,逐步增强西北农村社会发展风险防控机制,达到建设和谐社会的目的。

At present,China＇s rural development in northwest China is unstable,and its management system is facing the test of many problems at any time. Therefore,the introduction of risk prevention and control mechanism is particularly important. This paper analyzes the risk prevention and control mechanism of Northwest rural development by analyzing the research value of the risk prevention and control mechanism of rural development in northwest China,and makes an in-depth research and analysis on the potential risk crisis of rural development in rural areas of Northwest China. Strengthen the awareness of risk prevention in rural areas in northwest China,and constantly control the contradictions and risks of the rural social development in the northwest by improving the environment of rural areas and innovating the rural system reform and optimizing the hierarchical structure,so as to continuously build up a harmonious society the goal of.
