摘要
针对玫瑰金饰品表面金含量异常高的情况,用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)、火试金法测定比对,扫描电镜(SEM)观测形貌,确定因样品经酸洗导致表面成分发生变化。经调查确认,玫瑰金饰品表面金含量异常高的原因为倒模厂在加工过程中对金树进行了酸洗。对于此类情况在进行XRF分析时应加以关注,必要时需通过火试金方法进行含量确认。
The cause for abnormal gold content of the surface of rose gold jewelry was assessed by using X ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF), fire assay and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that acid washing would lead to a change in the surface composition of rose gold jewelry and an abnormal high gold content was the outcome of the acid washing during the manufacturing process of gold tree. In this case, XRF analysis should be performed and a re-examination of the gold content by fire assay is required.
