摘要
对建设工程项目经理展开绩效评价对于项目经理自身能力的提升、项目施工精细化管理的完善具有极其重要的现实意义。从项目经理的岗位职责入手,系统构建了建设工程项目经理绩效评价指标体系,并针对一二级定性、定量指标的双重属性特征,采用熵权和三角模糊数复合赋权方法实现指标赋权。鉴于评估体系的指标多属性和目标多样性,借助经典模糊理论对TOPSIS评价方法进行改进,综合考虑指标表现特征的多重不确定性以实现对项目经理绩效的优劣等级评定。算例分析表明,该模型不仅可以对项目经理绩效进行准确、简便的定量评价,而且还能对评价对象存在的不足进行具体识别和分析,具有较强的可操作性。
The performance evaluation of the construction project manager is of great practical significance to the improvement of the project manager's own ability and the refinement of the project construction. Based on the job responsibilities of the project manager,the performance evaluation index system of the construction project manager is constructed,and the entropy weight and triangular fuzzy number compound weighting method are used to determine the weight of the index for the double attribute of qualitative and quantitative indicators. In view of the multi-attribute and target diversity of the evaluation system,the fuzzy TOPSIS evaluation method is improved by fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the performance of the project manager. The example shows that the model can not only accurately and easily evaluate the performance of the project manager,but also identify and analyze the shortcomings of the evaluation object,and has strong operability.
