Evolutionary Game of Organizational Safety Knowledge Sharing in Engineering Projects

本文在有限理性下分析了工程安全知识共享的机理及特征,建立了施工人员之间工程安全知识共享行为的博弈模型,分析了演化路径、演化均衡和影响因素,并通过赋值进行了验证。结果表明:共享成本与施工人员采取共享策略的比例呈负相关;关系系数、重视程度、惩罚系数与施工人员采取共享策略的比例呈正相关。最后为保障安全知识共享给出了合理化建议。

This paper analyzes the mechanism and features of engineering safety knowledge sharing in limited rationality,establishes a game model of knowledge sharing behavior of engineering safety construction personnel,analyzes the evolution path,equilibrium evolution and the influencing factors,and verifies them through value assessment. The results show that the sharing cost is negatively related to the proportion of sharing strategy,and the relationship coefficient,the degree of attention and the penalty coefficient are positively related to the sharing strategy of constructors. Finally,rational suggestions are provided for the protection of safety knowledge sharing.
