基于BIM的公共工程综合价值集成管理模式

Integrated Management Model of Comprehensive Value of Public Works Based on BIM

针对目前我国公共工程建设过程中综合价值集成管理方面存在的问题,在阐述基于BIM的IPD模式内涵及其运行机理的基础上,结合公共工程核心价值理论,从利益相关者角度全面分析了公共工程全寿命期利益各方的价值要素,构建了基于BIM的公共工程综合价值集成管理模型,分析了该模型实施过程中的关键模块,阐述了基于BIM的公共工程综合价值集成管理实施机理和运作方式,以期能促进公共工程各利益方的有效沟通与协作,及时有效地集成公共工程全寿命期中各个利益主体的价值要素,使最终的工程能够满足公共工程核心利益相关者的价值需求,研究成果可对我国公共工程全寿命期的价值管理理论研究和实践应用提供借鉴。

In response to the existing problems in the integrated value management of public works construction in China,on the basis of expounding the connotation and operation mechanism of IPD based on BIM and combining with the core value theory of public works,the value factors of all parties in the whole life cycle of public works are analyzed comprehensively. This paper builds an integrated value management model based on BIM,analyzes the key modules in the implementation of the model,and expounds the mechanism and operation mode of the integrated value management of public works based on BIM,in order to promote the effective communication and cooperation among the stakeholders of public works,timely and effectively integrate the value elements of each stakeholder in the whole life cycle of public works,thus the final project can meet the needs of the core stakeholders of the public works. The research results provide reference for the theoretical research and practical application of value management in the life cycle of public works in China.
