摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)是具有里程碑意义的创新技术,它凭借对项目全寿命期数据平台的有效搭建以及信息的高效管理,迅速成为业界关注的焦点。本文着重于BIM用户满意度的研究,基于技术采纳视角,通过将技术采纳模型(TAM)和美国顾客满意度模型(ACSI)进行相应结合、改进,构建出BIM应用满意度模型,并对相关BIM技术应用人员进行问卷调查,运用结构方程对调查数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明:调研区域的BIM应用总体满意度指数为3.082(从"不满意"~"满意"依次为1~5分),仍有较大提升空间;感知有用性、高层管理支持度是BIM应用满意度的主要影响因素。其中,高层管理支持度是最关键的潜在变量,不仅是应用满意度的引导因素,而且对于目标管理、使用行为和使用意愿具有正向影响。
The building information modeling( BIM) is an innovative technology of milepost significance,which quickly prevails by virtue of effectively building the platform of whole life cycle data of the project and efficient management of information. This paper focuses on the degree of satisfaction of BIM users,from the perspective of the technology adoption,combining and improving modeling( TAM) and the modeling of customer satisfaction( ACSI),it constructed BIM application satisfaction modeling,conducted a questionnaire survey on related personnel application of BIM technology,made empirical analysis of the survey data through the structural equation. The results show that BIM application satisfaction index in research area is 3.082,which can still be improved.Perceived usefulness and top management support are the main influencing factors of BIM application satisfaction. Top management support is the most critical potential variables,not only is the guiding factor of application satisfaction,but also has significant effect on the target management,usage behavior and usage intention.
