自贸区契机下沈阳高职跨境电商人才培养研究

A Study on Talent Cultivation for Shenyang Cross-border E-commerce under the Opportunity of the FTZ

跨境电商是当今各国拓展国际市场的重要商务模式,我国政府对其重视程度逐年递增。国内前两批自贸区为跨境电商的茁壮成长提供了诸多便利条件和可复制经验。沈阳作为第三批自由贸易试验区的落户城市之一,有责任深度理解片区建设背景,以高职高专院校为主体,培养出一批能够细致解读政策、擅长实用外语、惯用通盘思维、熟悉信息技术、强化品牌意识的跨境电商专门人才。科学的人才培养策略研究将加速区域改革开放,破解东北经济发展困局,提升老工业基地整体竞争力,促进经济新常态发展。

Cross-border E-commerce is an important business model to expand international market for countries in the modern times, which attracts the increasing attention of our government year by year. The first two batches of FTZs in China have provided plenty of convenient conditions and replicable experience for the vigorous growth of cross-border e-commerce. As one of the cities of the third batch of free trade pilot zones, Shenyang has the responsibility to deeply understand the local FTZ construction background.Considering vocational colleges as the main body, Shenyang should cultivate a group of specialized crossborder e-commerce talents who can read policies carefully, do well in practical language, be proficient in overall thinking, be familiar with information technology, and strengthen brand awareness. Scientific talent cultivation strategy studies will accelerate regional reform and opening up, crack the economic development dilemma of Northeast China, improve the overall competitiveness of the old industrial base, and promote the new normal economic development.
