辽宁产业转型升级急需大量高素质技能人才。德国"双元制"教育模式值得借鉴。辽宁省应在职教模式创新、校企联盟建设、公共实训平台建设、深化体制机制改革、加强政策支持等方面强化措施,加快培养高素质技能人才,为辽宁新一轮振兴发展提供人才支撑。

Liaoning’ s industrial transformation and upgrading is in urgent need of a large number of high-quality technical personnel. The education model of German dual system is worth drawing as a reference. Liaoning province should strengthen measures in reforming vocational education model, innovating school-enterprise alliance, building public practical training platform, deepening system and mechanism reform, and strengthening policy support, so as to accelerate the development of high-quality technical personnel and provide support for Liaoning ’ s new round of revitalization and development.
