混凝土尘抑尘剂配方研制及其性能表征 被引量:9

摘要 针对建筑工地扬尘控制需求,研究了适用于混凝土尘的抑尘剂。以高温抗蒸发性、抗研磨性、渗透性作为指标,研究了以吸湿剂、凝并剂和表面活性剂为组成的抑尘剂配方,并对其抑制混凝土尘性能进行了表征。结果表明:(1)混凝土尘粒径越小,越难被润湿。200目混凝土尘粒径均一;Ca含量最多,其次是Si,质量分数占11.10%;真密度为6.41g/cm3。(2)抑尘剂最优配方为25%(质量分数,下同)CaCl2、0.15%蔗糖、0.10%吐温-20。(3)10d后喷洒抑尘剂溶液的混凝土尘含湿量仍能达到10%,具有很好的吸湿放湿性。持续14m/s风速1h后,混凝土尘的损失率为2.23%(质量分数),具有良好的抗风蚀性能。 Dust-depressor was studied for the purpose of reducing concrete dust in building site.Based on its characteristics of evaporation resistance at high temperature,the permeability and abrasive resistance,the dustdepressor containing moisture absorbent,coagulating agent,and surfactants was investigated,and the performance for the inhibition of concrete dust was characterized.The results showed that:(1)the concrete dust with smaller particle size was unfavorable for the wetting.Particle size of concrete dust with 200 mesh was uniform.The content of Ca was highest in the concrete dust,followed by Si(mass fraction 11.10%).The authentic density of concrete dust was 6.41 g/cm3.(2)The optimum mass fraction of dust-depressor was 25% CaCl2,0.15% sucrose and 0.10% Tween-20.(3)In the presence of dust-depressor,the moisture content of concrete dust was still up to 10% after ten days,which displayed excellent moisture performance.Further experiment showed that in the presence of dust-depressor,the loss mass fraction of concrete dust was 2.23% in the wind speed of 14 m/s for 1 h,indicating that concrete dust with addition of dust-depressor exhibited well wind erosion resistance.
