婴幼儿接种乙肝疫苗预防乙型肝炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of hepatitis B vaccination for the prevention of hepatitis B in infants and young children

目的探讨婴幼儿接种乙肝疫苗对乙型肝炎的预防效果。方法随机选择本辖区217例婴幼儿作为研究对象,全部接种乙肝疫苗,观察婴幼儿乙型肝炎预防情况。结果首次接种后免疫保护应答者175例、免疫低应答35例、免疫无应答7例;首次接种后免疫保护应答者(175例)第3次接种后GMT浓度显著低于初次接种后GMT浓度(P<0.05)。首次接种免疫低应答及无应答者42例,再免1剂、3剂保护应答者分别为34例、39例,其中再免1剂后GMT浓度显著高于再免3剂后GMT浓度(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿接种乙肝疫苗能够有效预防乙型肝炎。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of hepatitis B vaccination for the prevention of hepatitis B ininfants and young children. Methods A total of 217 infants in our area were randomly selected as the study objects, and allvaccinated hepatitis B vaccines. The effects of hepatitis B prevention in infants and young children were observed. ResultsA total of 175 cases were immunized after the first immunization, 35 cases were low immune response and7 cases had noimmune response, the GMT concentration after the third vaccination of the infants with immunized after the firstimmunization （175 cases） was significantly lower than that after the first vaccination（P〈0.05）; 42 cases who were low andno immune response in the first immunization, there were 34 cases and 39 cases who had immune response after one andthree doses of vaccination, the GMT concentration of the infants who had immune response after one doses of vaccinationwas significantly higher than that of the infants who had immune response after three doses of vaccination （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hepatitis B vaccination can effectively prevent hepatitis B in infants and young children.
