普通胃镜及静脉麻醉胃镜应用于上消化道异物的临床效果

Clinical effects of ordinary gastroscope and intravenous anesthesia gastroscope in the treatment of foreign body in upper digestive tract

目的比较分析普通胃镜及静脉麻醉胃镜应用于上消化道异物的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月至2017年12月在我院采取胃镜治疗的上消化道异物患者240例,随机分为两组,各120例。对照组于普通胃镜下取出上消化道异物,观察组于静脉麻醉胃镜下取出上消化道异物。比较两组取出上消化道异物的时间、治疗成功率、呛咳、恶心呕吐、躁动及呃逆等不良反应发生情况。结果观察组取出上消化道异物的时间>15 min和10~15 min的发生率均明显低于对照组,观察组取出上消化道异物的时间<5 min的发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗成功率为95.83%(115/120),明显高于对照组的78.33%(94/120)(P<0.05);观察组呛咳、恶心呕吐、躁动及呃逆发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与普通胃镜相比较,静脉麻醉胃镜对上消化道异物的治疗成功率较高,且安全便捷,值得应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ordinary gastroscope and intravenous anesthesia gastroscopein the treatment of foreign body in upper digestive tract. Methods A total of 240 cases of patients with foreign body inupper digestive tract in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into twogroups, with 120 cases in each group. In the control group, the foreign bodies of the upper digestive tract were taken outunder the ordinary gastroscope, and in the observation group, the foreign bodies of the upper digestive tract were takenout under the intravenous anesthesia gastroscope. The removal time of foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract,the success rates of treatment, occurance of the cough, nausea and vomiting, restlessness and hiccups were comparedbetween the two groups. Results The incidences of removal time of foreign bodies 〉15 min and 10 -15 min in theobservation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the incidence of removal time of foreignbodies 〈5 min in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The success rateof treatment in the observation group was 95.83% （115/120）, which was significantly higher than 78.33% （94/120） in thecontrol group （P〈0.05）. The incidences of cough, nausea and vomiting, restlessness and hiccups were significantly lowerthan those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the ordinary gastroscopy, intravenous anesthesiagastroscope has high success rate in the treatment of foreign body in the upper digestive tract, and it is safe andconvenient, which is worthy of application.
