微创旋切术与传统手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的疗效

Curative effect of minimally invasive polypectomy and traditional surgery on benign breast mass

目的研究微创旋切术与传统手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年6月我院收治的60例乳腺良性肿块患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用传统手术,观察组采用微创旋切术。比较两组患者手术情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、愈合时间均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为3.3%,显著低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统手术比较,微创旋切术疗效更显著,其在有效切除肿块的基础上,能够缩短手术时间、促进术后愈合,并且降低并发症发生率,值得临床积极推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of minimally invasive polypectomy and traditional surgery on benignbreast mass. Methods Sixty patients with benign breast mass treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 wereselected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control groupwas treated with traditional surgery. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive polypectomy. The surgeryconditions and complication in the two groups were compared. Results The surgery time, intraoperative blood loss, incisionlength, healing time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences werestatistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complication in the observation group was 3.3%, which wassignificantly lower than 20.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. ConclusionCompared with traditional surgery, minimally invasive polypectomy has curative effect, and can shorten operation time,promote postoperative healing, reduce the incidence of complication on the basis of effective mass removal, it is worthy ofactive clinical promotion.
