雌激素乳膏联合甲硝唑阴道栓治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效

Effect of estrogen cream combined with metronidazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的分析雌激素乳膏与甲硝唑阴道栓联合应用治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选择宝鸡市第五人民医院2016年1月至2017年6月收治的128例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,各64例。对照组采用甲硝唑阴道栓治疗,观察组采用雌激素乳膏联合甲硝唑阴道栓治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组外阴瘙痒、阴道黏膜充血、阴道分泌物增多等症状的改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的阴道健康评分和E_2水平显著增加,阴道症状评分和FSH水平显著降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均出现少量的不良反应,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年性阴道炎患者采用雌激素乳膏与甲硝唑阴道栓联合治疗可显著提高治疗有效率、改善患者症状,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combined application of estrogen cream and metronidazolevaginal suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods A total of 128 cases of senile vaginitis patients in the fifthpeople＇s hospital of Baoji from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided intocontrol group and observation group according to the digital table method, with 64 cases in each group. The control groupwas treated with metronidazole vaginal suppository, the observation group was treated with estrogen cream combined withmetronidazole vaginal suppository. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The treatmentefficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The improvement timeof symptoms such as genital itching, vaginal mucous membrane congestion and increased vaginal discharge in theobservation group were shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the vaginal health scores andE2levels in the two groups significantly increased, vaginal symptom scores and FSH levels significantly decreased, and thosein the observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. A small amount of adverse reactions occurred in bothgroups, but the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion The combination ofestrogen cream and metronidazole vaginal suppository in patients with senile vaginitis can significantly improve thetreatment effect, significantly improve the symptoms of patients, and no obvious adverse reactions.
