毫刃针和常规针刺治疗项背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效比较

Clinical effects comparison of milli-edge acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of nape-back fasciitis

目的观察毫刃针和常规针刺治疗项背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法将162例项背肌筋膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各81例。治疗组采用毫刃针治疗,对照组采用常规针刺。比较两组患者治疗前、后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈部残障指数(NDI)及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,两组患者的VAS及NDI均降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的88.89%(P<0.05)。结论毫刃针治疗可以有效缓解项背肌筋膜炎患者的疼痛症状,效果优于常规针刺,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of milli-edged needle acupuncture and conventional acupuncture inthe treatment of nape-back fasciitis. Methods A total of 162 patients with nape-back fasciitis were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group, with 81 cases in each group. The treatment group was given milli -edged needleacupuncture, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The visual analogue score （VAS） and neckdisability index （NDI） before and after treatment and total effective rates of the two groups were compared. Results Aftertreatment, the SAS and NDI of the two groups decreased, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%, which was higher than 88.89% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Milli-edge acupuncture in the treatment of nape-back fasciitis can effectively relieve the pain of thepatients, and it has better effect than conventional acupuncture, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
