加减麻杏石甘汤联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎45例的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of 45 children with mycoplasma pneumonia

目的探讨加减麻杏石甘汤联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的儿童支原体肺炎患儿90例作为研究对象,利用双盲法将其分为参考组和联合组,每组45例。参考组实施阿奇霉素治疗,联合组在此基础上行加减麻杏石甘汤治疗,观察对比两组患儿的临床疗效和肺功能恢复情况。结果联合组的治疗总有效率为93.33%(42/45),高于参考组的73.33%(33/45),差异显著(P<0.05)。联合组RR低于参考组,Vt/kg、VPTEF/tE、tPTEF/tE高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论加减麻杏石甘汤联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效理想,缓解患儿临床症状,改善其肺功能,值得广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined azithromycin inthe treatment of 45 children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 90 children with mycoplasma pneumoniawere enrolled in our hospital and divided into reference group and combined group according to the double-blind method,with 45 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with azithromycin treatment, on this basis, the combinedgroup was treated with modified Maxing Shigan decoction. The clinical efficacy and recovery of lung function between thetwo groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the combined group was 93.33% （42/45）, whichwas higher than 73.33% （33/45） of the reference group（P〈0.05）. The RR of the combined group was lower than that of thereference group, and the Vt/kg,VPTEF/tE,tPTEF/tE of the combined group were higher than those in the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasmapneumonia has ideal treatment effect, relieve the clinical symptoms of children and improve their lung function, whichdeserves widespread promotion.
