早期康复干预在脑卒中患者运动康复中的作用

Effect of early rehabilitation intervention on exercise rehabilitation in patients with stroke

目的探讨早期康复干预在脑卒中患者运动康复中的作用。方法将我院收治的64例脑卒中患者分为两组,各32例。对照组采用常规康复护理措施;观察组在此基础上采用早期康复干预。比较两组患者的住院时间、治疗费用、运动功能、日常生活能力及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的住院时间、治疗费用与FMA评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中患者的运动康复训练中应用早期康复干预,能够有效预防并发症的发生,改善患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on exercise rehabilitation in patients withstroke. Methods A total of 64 patients with stroke treated in our hospital were divided into two groups, with 32 cases ineach group. The control group took conventional rehabilitation nursing measures, while the observation group adopted earlyrehabilitation intervention on this basis. The hospital stays, treatment costs, motor function, daily living ability andcomplications were compared between the two groups. Results The hospital stays, treatment cost and FMA score of theobservation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications inthe observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitationintervention in the rehabilitation training of patients with stroke can effectively prevent complications, and improve thequality of life of patients. It is worth promoting.
