系统化护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量的影响

Effect of systematic nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者生活质量的影响。方法选择我院收治的DR患者168例,随机分为干预组(n=82)和对照组(n=86)。对照组行常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上实行系统化护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果干预前,两组患者的治疗依从性及健康知识的掌握程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者的治疗依从性及健康知识的掌握程度均明显改善,且干预组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组的SF-36评分均明显提高,且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化护理干预应用于DR患者能显著提高患者的治疗依从性、对健康知识的掌握程度及生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients withdiabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods A total of 168 patients with DR admitted in our hospital were selected and randomlydivided into intervention group （n=82） and control group （n=86）. The control group was given routine nursing, and theintervention group was systematic nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. ResultsBefore intervention, there were no significant differences in the treatment compliance and degree of health knowledgemastering between the two groups （P>0.05）. After intervention, the treatment compliance and degree of health knowledgemastering of the two groups improved, and those in the intervention group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the SF-36 scores between the two groups （P>0.05）. Afterintervention, the SF-36 scores of the two groups increased, and those in the intervention group were higher than the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention in patients with DR can significantly improve the treatmentcompliance, degree of health knowledge mastering and quality of life of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
