神经内科护理管理中精细化管理的应用效果

Application effect of delicacy management in the nursing management of neurology

目的研究神经内科护理管理中精细化管理的应用效果。方法选取98例神经内科患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各49例。对照组选用常规护理,研究组基于常规护理选用精细化管理。分析比较两组的护理效果。结果与对照组比较,研究组的护理满意度更高,意外事件总发生率更低,护理文书书写合格率、特技与一级护理合格率及基础护理合格率更高(P<0.05)。结论神经内科护理管理中精细化管理的应用效果显著,可进一步提升患者的护理满意度,降低意外事件发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of delicacy management in the nursing management of neurology.Methods A total of 98 cases of neurology patients were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received delicacymanagement based on routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. ResultsCompared with the control group, the satisfaction rate of nursing was higher, total incidence of accidents was lower,qualified rate of nursing document writing, stunt and first-rate nursing qualification rate and basic nursing pass rate werehigher in the study group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Delicacy management in the nursing management of neurology hassignificant application effect, can further improve patients＇ nursing satisfaction, decrease the incidence of accidents, it isworthy of popularization and application.
