结核病护理中应用循证护理的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of tuberculosis

目的探讨循证护理应用于结核病患者的效果。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的70例结核病患者临床资料,根据我院实施循证护理前后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组为2015年1月至12月实施循证护理前收治的患者,观察组为2016年1月至12月收治的35例实施循证护理的患者,随访1年,比较两组的全程化疗完成情况、护理效果及护理满意度。结果观察组的全程化疗完成率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的护理总有效率、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在结核病的治疗过程中起着重要的作用,不仅可督促患者完成化疗,提高治疗效果,还可提高护理质量、患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of tuberculosis patients. MethodsThe clinical data of 70 patients with tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectivelyanalyzed. According to the sequence of implementing evidence-based nursing in our hospital, they were divided into controlgroup and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group included 35 patients admitted before theimplementation of evidence-based nursing in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015, the observation groupincluded 35 patients undergoing evidence-based nursing from January 2016 to December 2016. Follow up for one year, thecomplete chemotherapy completion, nursing outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The completion rate of complete chemotherapy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The total rate of nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction ofthe observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence -basednursing plays an important role in the treatment of tuberculosis. It can not only urge patients to complete chemotherapy,improve treatment effect, but also improve nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction.
