摘要
介绍了小型叶轮铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该叶轮的消失模铸造工艺设计及生产工序质量控制:(1)采用合理的工艺参数设计、EPS模样制作、浇冒口系统设计以及整体模样簇的组建方式;(2)选用优质的耐火涂料和型砂,采取合理的造型方法以及浸涂+淋涂+刷涂的涂层制作方式;(3)采用中频炉熔炼铁液,出炉温度约1 550℃,出铁时向包内加Si-Al合金进行"终脱O",浇注温度控制在1 470~1 500℃,负压度控制在0.04~0.055 MPa。生产结果显示:采用消失模工艺生产的叶轮铸件,表面光洁,结构尺寸稳定,且内部组织致密,没有气孔、夹渣等缺陷。
The structure and technical requirements of the small impeller castings were introduced. The lost foam casting process design and production process qualily control of the impeller were described in detail:( 1 )Reasonable process parameter design, EPS pattern making, pouring riser system design and overall pattern cluster formation were used. (2)Select high-qualily fire-resistant paint and molding sand,adopt reasonable modeling methods, and soak coating +shower coating +brush coating production methods. (3)The molten iron was melted in an intermediate fi'equency furnace. The tapping temperatm'e was about 1 550℃. The Si-A1 alloy was added to the package as finally deoxidized when tapping. The pouring temperature was controlled at 1 470 to 1 500 ℃,and the negative pressre was controlled at 0.04-0.055 MPa. The production resuhs showed that the impeller casting produced by the lost foam process had a smooth surace,a stable structre,dense internal structres and no defects such as blowholes and inclusions.
