铬污染土壤中植物金属含量及转运特征

摘要 为了研究Cr污染区植物对铬及其他金属的耐受性和吸收转运特点,对广西某制革厂周围受到制革污泥污染的区域10种植物金属7种金属含量进行了分析。结果表明:所调查植物的地上部分cr含量均未达到cr超富集植物的参考值,但是,华南鳞盖蕨、蜈蚣草和白花菜均对cr表现出一定根部囤积型特征;不同植物均受到Cr污染,超标范围在2~40倍,其中白花菜、长叶莴苣、短叶莴苣和玉米的超标倍数分别为40倍、16倍、17倍和21倍;植株地上部分金属元素含量间存在显著正相关关系的有:Cu与Fe(P〈0.01水平),Cu与Zn、Ca与Mg(P〈0.05水平);地下部分的有Cr与Zn、Cr与Fe、Zn与Mn、Zn与Fe、Mn与Cu、Mn与Fe(P〈0.01水平);植物对Zn、Mn、Mg和Ca转移系数较高,Cu和Fe次之,Cr的转移系数均小于1;聚类分析可以将10种植株分成4类,表明同一类植物元素含量和转移系数具有一定相似性。(可以总结得更简洁) In order to study plants uptake of chrome and other metals and transport characteristics of a tannery in Guangxi by tanning sludge polluted,seven kinds of metal content of 10 plants was analyzed.Results show that the contents of Cr in ground part of all plants failed to meet the Cr reference value of hyper accumulation plants,but Microlepia hancei P., Eremochloa ciliaris L., Cleome gynandra L.show some characteristic of Root Compartments.Different plants were contaminated by Cr,and the contents of Cr were 2 to 40 times of the standard value,and the contents of Cr in Cleome gynandra L., Zea mays L., Lactuca sativa L.and Lactuca dolichophylla K.are 40 times,21 times,17 times and 16 times,respectively.There was a significant positive correlation between the content of Cu and Fe(p〈0.01),and the content of Cu and Zn,Ca and Mg(p〈0.05),overground part of the plants;as in the underground part,Cr and Zn,Cr and Fe,Zn and Fe,Mn and Cu,Mn and Fe were significantly positively correlated(p〈0.01).The plants have higher transfer coefficient of Zn Mn Mg and Ca,Cu and Fe second,and Cr last.Through clustering analysis,the 10 kinds of plants can be classified into four groups,As Microlepia hancei P., Eremochloa ciliaris L.and Cleome gynandra L.can be classified into one group,respectively,and the others can be classified into another one. This may show a similarity characteristics of metal content and transfer in the plants in each group.
