摘要
文章分析了卓越计划背景下青年师资队伍存在教学基本功差、缺乏教学经验、工程实践教学能力薄弱、缺乏沟通与国际化教学能力等问题,地方应用型高校在实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"过程中,如何提高青年教师的教学能力决定创新性师资培养的成败。提出了青年教师教学能力提升和博士化工程、企业实践锻炼、产学研协同培养、完善针对青年师资队伍的制度和激励办法等方面的措施,提高青年教师的工程型教学能力。
The paper analyzes the problems of young faculty members such as poor teaching ability,lack of teaching experience,weak teaching ability in engineering practice,lack of communication and international teaching ability under the background of outstanding plan.How to improve the teaching ability of young teachers determines innovative teacher training,improve the teaching engineering ability of young teachers by teaching ability promotion and doctorate project,enterprise training,working in coordination with industries,perfect system and create inspiring measures.
