Safety Evaluation Index System for Transportation of Continental Island in Liaoning Province

辽宁省陆岛运输是与居民生活、经济发展息息相关的运输方式,保证其安全性至关重要。通过分析陆岛运输存在的安全问题,总结了影响陆岛运输安全的主要影响因素,从设施设备及其能力因素、船舶因素、管理因素、人员因素、环境因素等几方面入手,建立评价指标体系,并运用AHP法进行权重计算,为辽宁省陆岛运输安全评价提供了理论支撑。

The transportation of Continental Island in Liaoning province is a mode of transport that is closely related to the lives of residents and economic development,so it is very important to guarantee its safety. The major factors that influence the transportation safety of Continental Island are summarized by analyzing the safety problem of transportation of Continental Island from some aspects like facility and equipment and factors of their capacities,ship factor,management factor,human factor,and environmental factor and so on,so as to build the evaluation index system. The weight calculation is made by utilizing AHP method,so as to provide theoretical support for the safety evaluation on transportation of Continental Island in Liaoning province.
