摘要
为了解决人体前臂细部尺寸在测量中存在的问题,采用手工测量和三维人体测量两种方式对100名青年女性的前臂尺寸进行测量,以探究更加科学有效的测量方法。通过调整人体测量姿势的方式,减少三维人体测量中存在的数据漏洞,获取更多的点云数据,实现对前臂细部尺寸的精确测量。结果表明:手工测量过程中可配合使用激光投线仪,提高测试精度,采用多点测量的方式获取更多的围度数据;利用三维人体扫描仪测试人体前臂时,前臂下折的站立姿势扫描漏洞最少,更适合人体前臂细部尺寸的测量;人体三维测量的前臂各项数据均比手工测量的数据小,但手工测量的数据波动性较大,两种方法测量的数据普遍存在显著性误差。
In order to resolve the problem in the measurement of human forearm detail size,the manual testing method and 3 Dbody scanning measurement method were used to test 100 young female forearm and investigate a more scientific and effective measurement method.By adjusting different anthropometric postures,the most suitable method was chosen to reduce the data loopholes in the 3 Dscanning measurement and obtain more point cloud data,as well as to realize the accurate measurement of forearm detail size.Combined with a laser demarcation device,the testing precision would be improved.In order to obtain more circumference data,the multi-point measurement method could be used in the manual testing.The scanning loopholes of forearm are the least when the volunteer stands in 3 Dbody scanner under forearm droop posture.Thus,this posture is more suitable for human body forearm detail size measurement.All of the data tested by 3 Dbody scanner are smaller than that of manual testing method.However,the manual testing data are volatile.Generally,there are significant errors between the two methods.
