基于机器视觉的手机孔组尺寸检测系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 结合手机外壳尺寸检测应用实际,开发了一种采用机器视觉算法处理的手机侧面孔组尺寸检测系统。在Halcon软件平台上用滤波算子对图像进行预处理后,使用测量算子对图像的宽度和长度进行了检测。对像素测量结果进行标定和转化,得到实际测量结果,并对实际测量结果进行了稳定性分析。对手机外壳侧面孔位进行多次测试分析发现,该算法计算时间短,测量准确度明显高于人工检测,可以提高生产效率,为视觉技术在手机精密检测行业的应用提供有效途径。 Based on the actual application of mobile phone shell size detection,we developed a detecting system for the group of side holes on mobile phones by using machine vision algorithm.The images were processed first by the filter operator on the Halcon software platform and then the width and length of the image were detected by the measuring operator.The results of the pixel measurement were calibrated and transformed,and the actual measurement results were obtained,and the stability of the actual measurement results was analyzed.Based on the test results,it is found that the calculation time is faster and the accuracy of the measurement is obviously higher than that of manual detection.It can improve the production efficiency and provide an effective way for the application of visual technology in mobile precision detection industry.
