Solar cells texturization with monocrystalline silicon is a key step in the production of solar cells, and every detail must be controlled to avoid the influence of external factors. Firstly, this paper introduced the method and characteristics of the solar cleaning texturization and put forward a device to correct the detection position of the camera so as to improve the qualification rate of silicon wafers.
