摘要
对采自天津七里海的野生苇蘑(Hygrophoropsis sp.)进行了人工驯化研究,结果表明:在实验范围内,天津七里海野生苇蘑菌丝在PDA改良培养基上的适宜生长温度为29℃,培养基的适宜pH为6,出菇的栽培料配方为52%稻草、24%麦粒、24%芦苇腐殖质,56%含水量,在此配方的培养料上接种苇蘑菌块后于温度29℃、湿度85%条件下培养,40~50d菌丝满袋,50~60d出现原基,75~80d子实体成熟。
A wild Hygrophoropsis sp. from the wetland of Qilihai in Tianjin was selected for artificial cultivation. The mycelium of the Hygrophoropsis sp. grew well on an improved PDA medium at 29~C and pH 6. Out of the sixteen tested cultivation substrates, the best substrate for fruiting was 52% rice straw, 24% wheat grain, 24% reed humus and 56% water content. Using cultivation bags filled with the best cultivation substrate and under 29℃ and 85% relative humidity, the inoculated mycelia first grew to full bag on round day 40-50, then developed primordia on around day 50-60, and finally developed mature fruiting bodies on around day 75-80.
