摘要
为筛选食用菌生产中防治罗宾根螨(Rhizoglyphus robini)和腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)的药剂,采用胃毒触杀联合毒力测定方法分别测定了6种常用的杀螨剂对罗宾根螨和腐食酪螨的室内毒力。结果表明:药剂处理后第24小时,4.3%高氟·甲维盐乳油、4%阿维·唑螨酯水乳剂、100g/L乙螨唑悬浮剂、40g/L双甲脒乳油、240g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂和1.8%阿维菌素乳油对罗宾根螨的LC_(50)值分别为2.557、2.730、2.749、3.024、3.348、3.397 mg/L,对腐食酪螨的LC_(50)值分别为2.569、2.770、2.766、2.981、3.395 mg/L和3.566mg/L;药剂处理后第48小时,6种杀螨剂对罗宾根螨的LC_(50)值分别为:2.136、2.522、2.524、2.859、3.296、3.171mg/L;对腐食酪螨LC_(50)值为2.415、2.509、2.544、2.81、3.243mg/L和3.327mg/L。研究发现4.3%高氟·甲维盐乳油和4%阿维·唑螨酯水乳剂的杀螨效果较好,240g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂和1.8%阿维菌素乳油的杀螨效果较弱。
In order to screen insecticides against Rhizoglyphus robini and Tyrophagus putrescentiae in edible fungi, the stomach-contact combination toxicity method was used indoor to evaluate the toxicity of six insecticides on R. robiniand T. putrescentiae. For R. robini, the median lethal concentration (LC^0) of the six insecticides, 4.3% beta-cyfluthrin and emamectin EC, 4% abamectin and fenpyroximate EW, 100 g/L etoxazole SC, 40 g/L amitraz EC, 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC, and 1.8% avermectin EC were 2. 557, 2.73, 2.749, 3.024,3.348 and 3.397 rag/L, respectively,after 24 h. For T. putrescentiae, the LC^0values of these insecticides after 24 h were 2.569, 2.77, 2.766, 2.981, 3.395, and 3.566 rag/L, respectively. After 48 h, the LC^0 values of the six insecticides for R. robini were 2. 136, 2. 522, 2. 524, 2. 859, 3. 296, and 3. 171 rag/L, respectively; and the LC50 values for T. putrescentiae were 2. 415, 2. 509, 2. 544, 2.81, 3. 243 and 3. 327 rag/L, respectively. In summary, 4.3% beta-cyfluthrin and emamectin EC and 4% abamectin and fenpyroximate EW showed better effects on R. robini and T. putrescentiae than 1.8% avermectin EC and 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC.
