摘要
本文以上海世博浦西能源中心江水源热泵系统为例,针对开式江水源热泵系统的安全性能和能效性能的运行问题,简要介绍了江水过滤系统改造、"一次循环"方式代替原"二次循环"等技术改进措施和江水侧水质预警运行、多机组分级运行、管网预冷预热运行等运营优化方案,并分析了其措施的性能提升效果,通过分析可见,夏季机房平均能效增幅达57.78%,冬季江水源热泵系统承担负荷率由40%~50%提升至80%~90%。
In this paper,the open type river water-source heat pump system in Puxi energy center of Shanghai Expo is selected as a case to analyze the security and energy efficiency during running period. The technical improvement measures such as reforming the river water filtration system and replacing the original twice cycle with once cycle are introduced briefly. In addition,the optimal operation schemes such as water quality warning,multi-unit hierarchical operation,and pre-cooling (heating) operation in pipe network are proposed. Then,the improved performance of above-mentioned measures is analyzed. It can be found that, by optimization and transformation ,the average efficiency of the machine room is increased by 57.78% in summer,and the load rate of the river water-source heat pump system is improved from 40%-50% to 80%-90% in winter.
